Introduction to penis enlargement routine

This routine of penis enlargement and its methods should run for about 2 month before even attempting any other method of penis enlargement or your could risk a serious injury. This routine was designed to allow the penis to become adjusted to constant damage and repair.

This is a 3 day cycle which is 2 days on and 1 day off.

To give an example: You will do this routine on Monday and Tuesday, then rest on Wednesday. Do it again on Thursday and Friday, then rest on Saturday.

By doing this, you damage the penis on day 1, then stretch it a little bit on day 2, then let it repair in the new position on day three. With the penis now healed, it will be a little bit bigger than it was before. You then damage it again, stretch it a bit more, then heal again. Being even bigger. Everytime you do this it will be a fraction of a millimetre bigger, which doesn't sound like much, but if you keep it up for a year, you could potentially at around an inch or 2.

Think about it for a second. If you have a 5.75 inch penis (which is the average penis size) and you use this routine for a year to add an inch, that will give you a 6.75 inch penis.

A side effect of stretching yo make your penis longer, will also effect your penis girth. Girth is increased by trapping blood in the penis to an extent that it damages it then releasing the blood. This will leave the penis with a bigger capacity to contain more blood whilst erect, and will also be thicker whilst flacid due to the expansion.

 

Here is the Introduction to Penis Enlargement Routine:

Step 1:
Hot wrap your penis in a cloth or flanel with hot water for 5 minutes
Make sure the water is hot but not scolding. Just run the hot water tap into a plugged sink the dip your finger in to test it. If you need to pull your finger out then it's to hot, so add a tiny bit of cold.
Dunk the flanel or cloth then wrap it around your penis, being careful not to apply heat to your testicle and kill all your sperm.
Every 20 seconds or so, scoop some hot water with your hand and chuck it over the cloth to maintain the heat.

Step 2:
Manually stretches for 10 minutes.
Use manual stretching techniques to strecth your penis. Use an OK grip (make a circle with your thumb and index finger) around the very base of the penis (as close to the body as possible) and squeeze, not so hard that it hurts, but hard enough to trap fluid. Move your OK grip up to just below the head of the penis maintaining the same pressure through the progression.
The idea here is to literally stretch the penis, so it should be stretched out long and thin.
The best way to do this is to start with your right hand, put your right foot on something like the toilet and stretch the penis towards the gap where you leg was.
HOLD THIS FOR 30 SECONDS!
You should be able to feel it stretch and that it is being damaged slightly. You do not want to pull or squeeze so hard that it damages it to much
Now do it with the left hand.
Alternate until the 10 minutes is up. This should be 20 reps, or 10 reps with each hand.

Step 3:
Jelq your penis for 10 minutes using 3 second reps
The idea here is to trap fluid in the shaft be always having one hand on the base whilst the other moves up the shaft, whilst squeezing and pulling to damage the penile tissue.
You can do this without lubricant, but i strongly recommend that you use lubricant for the first few months of penis enlargement. I would use shower gel as its primary function is to clean, so if you get caught you can always plead that you were cleaning it.
Start off by using the OK grip with your right hand on the base of the penis.
Move the grip up to the head of the penis making sure the whole movement lasts 3 seconds (count it as you go)
Whilst the right hand is progressing up the shaft, Make and OK grip on the base of your penis with your left hand
Once you right hand is below the head of the penis, let go with the right hand
Move the left hand up in the same fashion
As you do this with the left hand, make another OK grip with the right hand at the base.
When the left hand is below the head, let go and move the right hand up
Repeat this motion for 10 minutes.

Step 4:
Another hot wrap for 5 minutes
Repeat the method in step 1.
You are doing this to allow your damaged penile tissue relax as it they will be in a state of shock from the penis enlargement session.

Step 5:
Kegel exercises for 10 minutes
You need to do these to squeeze fluid around the damaged tissue so that it maintains its new length and girth.
As a by product of this step, it will increase your erection quality (strength) and ejaculation power
To do these, you need to contract the part of the penis between the scrotum and the anus in the same method you would use to stop urinating.
You may feel your buttocks or anus also clench when you contract this area.
